I come from a family of industrialists, where the concept of work has always been deeply rooted in terms of values and teachings. After graduating as an industrial technical textile engineer, I took my first steps in the family business specifically in the production of coated fabrics with dry and wet processes. After a few years of experience in my father’s factory, I created my own business for the production and finishing of technical textile with the aim of serving the coating industry. I decided to start travelling and acquire new work experiences in the same sector of industrial coating. From here onwards, my work experience as technical plant manager has been constantly growing, consolidating for the following 25 years, passing through the greatest and genuine human experiences of the world, from Europe to the Middle East, from South America to Asia, developing interpersonal communication and the natural learning of four languages. With a strong passion for my work, at the age of 55, highly motivated to relate and pass my experiences, acquired around the world, to developing new ideas and projects, I have decided to offer my knowledge and skills to companies interested in having an external valuable contribution to their projects to optimise their current production in terms of processes, products performance, and cost analysis. A proven track-record of success and operating in the best coating factories around the world makes my professional career fully fulfilled and gratified.
