Business ethics is a very personal understanding, rooted within own values and a big part of acting with integrity and honesty. A consultant has exposure to diverse behaviours, different and similar businesses and interests. I personally believe that a consultant’s qualifications and integrity have to serve exclusively the interest of the clients maintaining an honest relation as warranty for the best impartial service. With my service, I take on the responsibility to respect and protect the confidentiality and privacy rights of my clients by safeguarding the information acquired and not divulging it to third parties. I do not offer any consultancy services if they are against the interests of my existing clients especially if they are working in the same country. For this reason, I chose to work only with one client per country. I have worked and lived in various countries and I am open and not discriminatory to anyone based on age, culture, disability, ethnicity, race, religion/spirituality, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital/ partnership status, language preference, socioeconomic status, immigration status or any other specific diversity characteristics. My focus is on doing more with less, supporting diversity and the green economy.
