How do we start?

As standard, in the beginning, I use to visit the interested client to understand the needs and the capacity of the facilities. This visit will be free of charge, travel and accommodation will run on the customer side.

What is the minimum assistance you can offer?

My minimum contract is for 3 months assistance with 10 days spent at the client’s factory and the remaining time from remote assistance.

How much are you charging?

I charge by contract starting from a minimum of 3 months to a maximum of one year, prices vary accordingly.

Can we have exclusivity?

I work with one customer per country, therefore, yes, I work on an exclusivity base per each country for the duration of the agreement.

On which process you are mostly specialized?

My experiences vary from dry process by casting paper to wet process by coagulation, using different polymers such as Polyurethane, Acrylic, PVC, and Silicon. In addition, all related post finishing processes like rotogravure printing, reverse roll coating, vacuum embossing and steel cylinder embossing, foil lamination, tumbling, brushing, buffing, powder coating.

Can you recommend suppliers?

My way of working is to recommend suppliers according to the customer’s location, type of project and my experience. It is extremely important to highlight that I have very good relationships with all trustable suppliers in the market without being tied with anyone. The client has always the free choice to select amongst various options.

Do you only provide recommendations, or do you also follow the industrial activities?

One of my main characteristics is to participate physically on any project, development, and process optimization, bringing and following the recommended solution from the start to the final result.
